The Woman Behind the crown

I was never meant to fit the mold, and somewhere along the way, I stopped trying.

I've never been particularly good at "fitting in." I'll tell you what though, for a long time, I tried.

I've sat in boardrooms, leadership meetings, and professional spaces where I felt the pressure to soften my personality, quiet my creativity, and mask the very things that made me different. Where fitting the mold sometimes seemed more important than bringing something extraordinary to the table.

I learned how to play the part. How to be what the room expected. Than after some growth along the way, I realized something.

The very things I was hiding were the things that made me valuable.

That's where Crimson Crown Collective begins.

Experience Beyond the Expected

My career spans wildlife management & conservation, nonprofit leadership, fundraising, business development, strategic partnerships, marketing, storytelling, and the performing arts.

I also spent six years living in South Africa, an experience that expanded my worldview, deepened my connection to wildlife and conservation, and shaped how I approach people, cultures, and communities.

From wildlife management to boardrooms to the stage, I've built a career that doesn't exactly fit neatly into a LinkedIn headline. Some say Jack of all trades…

I call it my Unicorn Factor.

I believe that my different experiences and perspectives together allow me to see possibilities others might overlook. I don't just bring one discipline to the table. I bring the collective power of everything I've learned.

The Story

Crimson Crown Collective was born from a simple realization:

You shouldn't have to hide what makes you extraordinary to be taken seriously.

Crimson Crown Collective works with organizations, brands, nonprofits, small businesses, and leaders ready to embrace what makes them exceptional. Authenticity and authority aren't opposites. Creativity and credibility don't have to compete.

I built Crimson Crown Collective on the belief that our greatest strengths come from embracing the experiences, perspectives, and ideas that make us distinctive. Extraordinary brands and organizations aren't built by blending in. They're built by understanding what makes them impossible to duplicate.

Captivate•Challenge•Change

Three words. One philosophy.

CAPTIVATE. Build meaningful connections through powerful storytelling, relationships, and ideas that resonate.

CHALLENGE. Ask better questions, embrace fresh perspectives, and find creative solutions to complex problems.

CHANGE. Transform ideas into action, purpose into progress, and vision into measurable impact.

All this can be done with the power of…

Strategy, Storytelling, & Speaking.

Three disciplines. One approach.

Whether I'm developing strategies, building partnerships, shaping narratives, or speaking to an audience, I believe creativity and credibility belong together. I'm not interested in doing things differently just for the sake of being different.

I'm interested in doing them better.
